The AACP Survey System 2.0 is the new platform for institutions to administer surveys, submit survey data, and run institutional and peer reports. The Survey System 2.0 was launched in 2025 beginning with the opening of the Application Pool, Enrollment, and Degrees Conferred Survey in February. 


A knowledge base (KB) library is a self serve online library used to share information about a product or service. The Survey System 2.0 KB library utilizes articles, visuals, and step-by-step instructions on using the Survey System features.  

 

 

FAQ


Are legacy Survey System 1.0 Users able to access the old survey system?

  • Yes. Previous accounts and passwords for the legacy system will remain the same. If this is the first time logging into System 2.0 or you need a new account created, please visit the 'Survey System 2.0 School Users' article for more information. 

  • Any updates in the new system will not affect any log in credentials in the legacy system. 


I searched the Survey System 2.0 KB library but still have questions. Who can I contact?


There was previously a calendar feature in the legacy Survey System 1.0. Is there a similar feature in the new Survey System?

  • The Calendar feature is not yet available in Survey System 2.0. Please consult the timeline of surveys below for reference:
