The Short Version PDF provides a condensed document that can be used to review the narrative portions of the Self Study. Note: Please disable the pop-up blockers and allow up to a couple of minutes for the PDF to download.

    • Smaller and shorter size file.
    • New version is created every time button is clicked.
    • Can download before and after submitting the Self Study.

How To Download the Short Study PDF

 

The Short Version PDF is available to school users with the ‘Self-Study Read’ or ‘Self-Study Write’ permission levels. 

Once logged in (For ACPE users please skip to the next set of instructions):

  1. Choose ‘AAMS’ found in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
  2. Click the ‘Self Study’ tab
  3. On the top right corner, click ‘Print Short Version PDF’
  4. Since the PDF is generated each time the ‘Print Short Version PDF’ button is clicked, a new browser tab will open and the PDF will download after several seconds. Troubleshoot: If the PDF is not generating properly, try another browser and/or an incognito window. If possible, clear your cache and/or cookies. 


How To Download Short Study PDF as an ACPE User

 

Once logged in as an ACPE user:

  1. Choose ‘AAMS’ found in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
  2. On the ‘Programs’ page, select ‘Search’ or ‘View all’ to find a program you are assigned to review. Then, select the school
  3. The page will load automatically to the ‘Self Study’ tab. On the top right corner, click ‘Print Short Version PDF’ 
  4. Since the PDF is generated each time the ‘Print Short Version PDF’ button is clicked, a new browser tab will open and the PDF will download after several seconds. Troubleshoot: If the PDF is not generating properly, try another browser and/or an incognito window. If possible, clear your cache and/or cookies.

Note: After a Self Study is submitted, ACPE receives online access to all 3 versions of the PDF as well as the thumb drive provided by the institution.  


FAQ 

 

Why can’t I see the ‘Self Study’ tab in AAMS?

  • You may not have the appropriate permission levels setup for your account. Please contact your AAMS school administrator to request the 'Self-Study Read' or 'Self-Study Write' permission level. Alternatively, email the AAMS Helpdesk using the subject heading User. Tip: If you know your school administrator, cc them in the e-mail as we will need their authorization on any account changes.


Why can’t I find any uploads or data views?

  • The Short Version PDF does not include the 'Documentation and Data' sections. The Individual Standard PDF or Full Self Study PDF contain uploads and data views.
